DATES: June 28th - 30th
TRAINERS: Samurai Karas Fujiyama (Japan) & his student, entrepreneur & writer, Darius Lukas (Bali, Indonesia)
PROGRAMME: After training with samurai Karas Fujiyama for several months, Darius invited the master to develop a series of workshops and retreats together to help people get into their flow through the combination of samurai training and expressive writing method. This is their European retreat while their Japan boot camp for entrepreneurs is scheduled for November.
Location: Lakehouse in Lithuania's picturesque lake district, Trakai.
You will learn sword, shiruken, archery and other Japanese martial arts strategies, which you can apply in your life.
Through unique samurai body operation, use of hand mudras and calligraphy practice, you will learn how to manage your energy on a new level.
Meditation and breathing techniques will reset your mind whilst samurai code and philosophy will challenge you to see yourself and your business in a new light.
You will physically embody the key Wealth Dynamics & Zen concepts. You will learn to use the Expressive Writing Method to integrate it into your business and life fully.
We delve deep into the secrets of ancient Japan, which is situated in a tranquil country estate in Lithuania's beautiful Lake District Trakai. Surrounded by pine forests, you can disconnect from your day-to-day life and connect to yourself, ancient samurai wisdom and almost physically experience Zen concepts (such as flow, no mind, the power of 0/nothingness etc.)
You will always be able to sneak a moment in to jump into the lake or, after training, relax in one of the many saunas or hot tubs.
Of course, the evenings will be spent around the campfire listening to samurai Karas' fascinating stories.
More information about the venue will be provided during the interview.APPLY NOW
The structure of the retreat has been inspired by Miyamoto Musashi's ‘The Book of Five Rings,’ which the Harvard Business School has adapted for its own business course. Over the three days, you will go through the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Sky), learning Japanese martial arts strategies and Zen principles in each energy.
Each physical and mental training session has been specifically designed for you to grasp Zen concepts at a whole new level and adapt them in practice to your personal life.MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
